The two catamarans we operate in this area, the Paloma (60 feet) and the Lady Laura (52 feet), are chartered exclusively for your group, with full crew and skipper. Outings of 4, 6 or 7 hours allow you to reach the Playa del Carmen reef snorkeling spots, cruise along the coast within sight of Cozumel, or head as far as Puerto Aventuras depending on the chosen itinerary.

Boarding, durations and rates
The boarding point depends on the boat and the weather: Playa del Carmen when the sea allows it, Puerto Aventuras otherwise or for certain time slots. This isn't a minor detail — our concierge confirms it precisely at the time of booking so your transfer can be arranged accordingly. Some 7-hour programs may also depart from Cancún depending on fleet availability.
As for rates, the Paloma is priced at 1,800 USD for 4 hours and 2,400 USD for 7 hours; the Lady Laura at 1,300 USD for 4 hours and 1,800 USD for 7 hours. The port tax, around 20 USD per person, is not included in these amounts and is paid on site. The 6-hour package falls between these two tiers and is quoted on request depending on the season.
From Playa del Carmen, the destinations realistically reachable in one day are the local reef for snorkeling, the coastline within sight of Cozumel (without docking there), and Puerto Aventuras. A trip to Isla Mujeres is possible but is more naturally done from Cancún, where the crossing is shorter.
