Riviera Maya Escape is a private concierge service founded in 2026 by Mehdi and Johanna. Travelling to the Riviera Maya since 2019, we have discovered over the years its destinations, its experiences and the people who bring it to life. Today, we put this first-hand knowledge and the trusted relationships built locally at the service of travellers.
Since our first trip in 2019, the Riviera Maya has held a special place in our story. We learned to discover the region beyond its best-known spots: its beaches, its islands, its cenotes, its towns, but also the people who offer authentic, high-quality experiences.
Over our stays, we built contacts with providers based on the ground and developed a better understanding of travellers' needs. Riviera Maya Escape was born from the wish to share this experience and to help everyone organise their stay more simply, with approachable contacts and a selection matched to their wishes.
Our role is not simply to pass on a catalogue. We take the time to understand your dates, the number of participants, your wishes and your budget in order to guide you towards the most suitable services.
Excursions, yachts, catamarans, transfers, vehicles, accommodation or tailor-made requests: we coordinate every booking with our contacts in the Riviera Maya and remain available before and during the experience.
