Chevrolet Suburban and Cadillac Escalade for up to six with extra baggage, and enough headroom for tall guests. Mercedes Sprinter or high-roof van for groups of eight to fourteen. Armoured vehicles and lead-and-follow escorts on request for arrivals that require heightened privacy.
Every car carries cold and sparkling water, chilled hand towels, phone chargers for every port, and reliable in-vehicle Wi-Fi. Child seats, boosters and baby capsules are provided at no extra cost with advance notice. On longer drives we can pause for a picnic snack we have prepared or a coffee at a place we know.

From Cancún airport to Playa del Carmen or Playacar starts around USD 130 in a Suburban and USD 180 in a Mercedes V-Class; to Tulum, roughly USD 180 and USD 230. Rates are for the vehicle, not per person, and include chauffeur, waiting time, water and Wi-Fi.
How long is the drive from Cancún airport?+
Playa del Carmen is about fifty-five minutes, Puerto Aventuras seventy, Akumal seventy-five, Tulum ninety to one hundred minutes, depending on traffic. Late evenings and early mornings are the fastest.
Where does the driver meet me?+
Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at the arrivals gate holding a discreet name card. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically if you land early or late.
