How far in advance should I book a villa in Tulum?
For high season (December to March) and Easter, allow 4 to 6 months. The rest of the year, 4 to 8 weeks is enough — with last-minute availability on our off-market villas.

On some villas yes, on others it's an add-on (~USD 250/day + groceries). We always quote the option upfront.
